On 28 Feb 2023, a group of students from SHATEC (Singapore Hotel and Tourism Education Centre) visited Amara Hotel, Singapore to explore the future service trend and how the robotics solution helps the hotel service industry.
It is a great honor to work together with SHATEC and share our thoughts about how humans can work happily with the assistance of Hotel Robot. Robots are not replacing people, but helping humans become more human at work. Human staff can have more time to provide a warm service to guests, thereby improving guest satisfaction and helping the hotel get better reviews.
