Boost Your Business Efficiency with EDGE Grant Support for Robots in Singapore
The EDGE Grant is Enterprise Singapore’s single grant for business growth. It launched on 30 September 2026 and replaces the PSG, EDG and MRA grants with one application. It covers 8 business areas and over 150 activities, including automation, to help Singapore businesses adopt new technology, raise productivity and grow.
Get Up to 50% Funding Support for Autonomous Mobile Robots
Eligible Singapore SMEs can receive up to 50% support (S$17,500) for our 365Abot series AMRs under the EDGE Grant’s pre-scoped equipment route. Non-SMEs can receive up to 30% (S$10,500). Support is calculated on a qualifying cost capped at S$35,000, and the application outcome comes in about 4 weeks.
Each company can receive up to S$100,000 in EDGE support per year. Up to S$30,000 of that can go to automation and digitalisation activities, and the grant is paid on a reimbursement basis.
Why Apply for the EDGE Grant Now?
Important Update: The PSG grant has been replaced by EDGE. If you were planning a PSG application, you now apply through EDGE instead. The annual cap resets each year, so planning your purchase early helps you use it fully.
Apply before you pay. You must not start work or pay any deposit to a vendor before submitting your application.
Equipment and Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, the AMR must:
- Carry a minimum payload of 110kg
- Have a minimum load surface of 650mm x 550mm
- Include software for autonomous movement and obstacle detection and avoidance
- Be new equipment, used in Singapore
Your business must:
- Be registered and operating in Singapore
- Have at least 30% Singaporean and/or PR ownership
- Not be a home-based business
- Not have started work or paid a deposit before applying
- Not have applied for grant support for the same solution before
Used, refurbished, second-hand or reconditioned equipment, GST and maintenance costs are not supported. Planning a bigger, integrated automation project? The Large-scale Automation route offers up to 50% support for SMEs and up to 30% for non-SMEs.
How to Apply
- Get a vendor quotation from us showing the full specifications.
- Prepare a projection of cost savings for one year after completion.
- Apply on the Business Grants Portal with your company’s Corppass.
- Accept the Letter of Offer and complete the project within 12 months.
- Submit your claim with a photo of the installed robot and its serial number.
