365Robot partnered with Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) to bring the 365 Ward Assistant Robot to the Nee Soon AI & Innovation Festival, held at the Nee Soon Sports Hall. The festival, organised in collaboration with People’s Association, brought together healthcare institutions, government agencies, students, and technology providers to showcase how AI and robotics are shaping everyday life in Singapore.
At the KTPH booth, festival-goers got a firsthand look at the 365 Ward Assistant Robot in action — a purpose-built solution designed to support nurses with patient education and ward orientation. By handling routine informational tasks such as walking patients through what to expect during their hospital stay, the robot frees up nursing staff to focus more of their time on hands-on, high-value patient care. Visitors were able to interact directly with the robot’s touchscreen interface, available in English, Malay, and Chinese, and see how it fits into KTPH’s broader vision of a “Smart Ward” — one built around better healing environments, improved patient safety and comfort, and shorter lengths of stay.
Beyond the KTPH booth, the Nee Soon AI & Innovation Festival showcased the breadth of robotics and AI innovation happening across Singapore. Students competed head-to-head with robotics kits they had built and programmed themselves. A full-sized humanoid police robot drew crowds near the Housing & Development Board booth. The Singapore Police Force ran an interactive AI kiosk letting visitors chat, play, and learn through a virtual assistant. Alongside these, live performances and community activities rounded out a festival atmosphere that made AI and robotics approachable for attendees of all ages — not just industry professionals.
